President

DPI Specialty Foods, a market leader in the food distribution industry, currently has an opening for an experienced President.

This position is responsible for the overall coordination and operational leadership of the Mid West Division.  Specific areas of responsibility include the development of long and short range strategic objectives, sales growth and development, business plans, policies, budgets and programs for the Division to achieve corporate goals and objectives. 
 

• BS/BA in business administration, logistics/supply chain management, accounting/finance or related field.
• Ten plus years experience of progressive management experience in a retail grocery or distribution/logistics/supply chain environment.
• Proven experience in ability to forecast and implement strategic plans over a 3-5 year time span.
• Sound people skills, communication/presentation skills, analytical skills and application of problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead a cohesive management team.
• Ability to travel.
