Chargeback Specialist

DPI Specialty Foods, a market leader in the food distribution industry, currently has an opening for an experienced Chargeback Specialist.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintaining daily bill backs / paybacks insuring all necessary back up is attached and invoicing them in system
Make copies and distribution to the various departments.
Researching discrepancies and initiating corrective actions
Generation of weekly / monthly reports
Maintain spread sheets
Communicating with other departments within the company regarding corrections if necessary
Recreation of spoils / un-sellable invoices and offsetting in the Accounts Receivable system
Processing mail and attach back up
Insuring mail is properly inserted into envelopes and correctly addressed

Requirements

Two years related work experience
Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and 10 key by touch
Must be detail oriented, organized, self motivated, dedicated to customer service
Must have strong work ethic and flexibility as well as effective communication skills
