Director of Sales and Marketing - Non Perishable

Essential duties and responbilities include the following
  • Planning and Managing Non- perishables sales budget for all accounts
  • Working with the account executives in the field to achieve their budget 
  • Developing and executing marketing programs to achieve revenues and profitability
  • Establishing strategic marketing for top vendors for all accounts
  • Planning and negotiating items for major holidays
  • Conducting a business review with top customers
  • Negotiating with manufactures for promotions, terms, slotting, most profitable way to purchase their line and new items
  • Monitoring purchasing practices to maximize profit    
  • Attending trade shows to pioneer and market new items
  • Managing DPI trade show to vendors and customers attendance to assure successful show and maximize fourth quarter sales 
  • Reporting to Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing, Brad Vickery
