At DPI Specialty Foods, we know that you care about your personal privacy and about the terms and conditions that govern your use of this website (“Site”).  Because we are dedicated to serving your needs and respecting your preferences, we have adopted the policies and practices described in this Privacy Statement (“Policy”).

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information You Provide To Us.  In general, we collect and use information about you for account administration, to deliver business information (marketing materials, newsletters, etc.) and to inform you of conferences, promotions, and/or other opportunities related to our business (“Business Information”).  For non-business related visitors, no personal information is collected unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. Such personally identifiable information may include your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address ("Personal Information").

Information We Collect. Cookies are pieces of data that a website transfers to a user’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Even though we may supply certain products intended for consumption or use by children, we do not specifically sell or market our products or our Site to children.  Persons under the age of legal consent for the State, Province or Country in which they reside may only use our Site with the involvement of a consenting parent or legal guardian. International Use. We control and operate our Site from the company's headquarters in Ontario, California, U.S.A. As a result, we make no representation that materials on our Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Accessing our Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access our Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Severability.  If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, you agree that the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver.   You agree that our failure to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Governing Law and Venue. You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Policy and the Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California and the venue for all disputes related to the Policy and these Terms will be in the appropriate State or Federal Court located in San Bernardino County, California.

Entire Agreement.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of our Site. No advice or information, whether oral or written, transmitted by you to us shall alter the terms of this Agreement.
